Brutally honest description of one man's experiences during World War II in the pacific. The book is not for those with a weak stomach for the details of death.

A very interesting book, it starts out by briefly explaining how our constitution came about. The book then goes into 28 principals that are contained within the constitution. Besides the author's opinions, he quotes heavily from John Locke and the founding fathers. He also relates how these principals relate to what was happening in the United States at the time he wrote the book (1981, 2001).
Highly recommend this book to anyone that is concerned with our drift away from the original interpretation of the Constitution.

Review of "Mark Twain A Life"
My review
rating: 4 of 5 stars
An excellent and very thorough biography of Mark Twain. At times the book was a little too scholarly and it is very long. As a fan of Mark Twain I am very glad that I read it.
